Refund policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Exchanges are available if the requested size is in stock.
• If an item sells out, you’ll issue a refund instead of an exchange.
